As long time resident in Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill) in North Carolina, I am seasoned realtor having started my career at Fonville-Morrise, one of the largest realty
company in North Carolina. Since 2007, I am Broker –In-Charge for my own company Smart Property Group. I have over 15 years of experience in Customer Services and now I am employing that knowledge and skills in Real Estate Business. My experience in real estate has spanned from accommodating needs of, First time or seasoned home-buyers and sellers from Local area (NC), and from out of states clients as far as California, Texas, Arizona, New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, and many more. I have seen and experience tremendous growth of the Triangle area in terms of not only Real Estate but also Intellectual demography. Having three major well known Universities and presence of small start-ups to big corporation in and around Research Triangle Park, this area offers  tremendous opportunities and also is listed in at least one of the category for Best Place in Nation to either Live, Raise family, Do business or Retire in Financial magazines of USA since 1992. I have helped number of buyers and sellers in buying and selling their Primary home or investment properties.
